Conservative Essex County Council Candidate for Thundersley
I have lived in Castle Point for around 30 years and continue to do so to this day with my family. I have a real vested interest in protecting our area and keeping it a great place for our children to grow up.
I care deeply about our area and have a strong track record of standing up for residents, getting things done, and protecting what makes our community a great place to live. I have worked hard to be a visible resident champion who gets things done, from chasing up road works, removing fallen trees, to promoting our town centres and local green spaces.
I have worked with resident groups and the police to highlight areas of concern around crime and anti-social behaviour.
There is still more to do. I will keep pushing for better roads, less disruptive roadworks, and I will continue to stand up for Thundersley against the huge housing targets set for South Essex, which I have opposed for years.
On top of this, our area will benefit from more community-focused initiatives. That is why, should I be elected, I will introduce assets which our community can be proud of, such as a ceremonial flagpole, Christmas in the community events and a Christmas tree in Manor Parade.
I believe in Thundersley and Castle Point. I believe our area deserves a councillor who works hard and speaks up for residents.
I hope you will support me with your vote on Thursday 7th May 2026.
