Conservative Candidate for Canvey South Ward, Chas Mumford paid tribute to the hard work carried out by Ray Howard. Ray made sure that Canvey Island residents did not lose out in the recent Police service review.

Conservative Councillor, Ray lobbied Essex Police to make sure that although a reduced service at the Canvey Police Station is now in operation, the numbers of officers patrolling the Island has not fallen.
