New Homes Bonus

The Conservatives are delivering for Castle Point at tonight's Cabinet meeting with the announcement that In the Financial Year (FY) 22/23, the Council received an allocation of £140,000 from the Conservative Government as New Homes Bonus (NHB). NHB is a grant paid to local authorities in respect of the number of homes built and brought back into use. The funds will be used to create a new ear-marked reserve of £140,000 to provide public realm and play space improvements to be known as the Public Realm and Play Spaces Fund
