Castle Point MP Rebecca Harris met with local members of the Visteon Pension action group at a protest in Westminster today (29th March 2011) after she and other MPs  grilled the Chairman of Ford UK over the collapse of Visteon UK and its pension plan.

Rebecca Harris said: “Members of Parliament  were grateful to Chairman of Ford UK, Joe Greenwell and the other representatives of Ford for coming back to talk to us. However, we made clear we were still not satisfied with all their replies to our questions and that we will need to talk to them again.  While this  matter will be going before the courts for examination, MPs now also intend to grill senior executives of Visteon Europe. We will fight on!”
